Gary Bernier
Gary started a Technical Training Business with a business partner in 1996. From the humble beginnings of running the business out of his home they grew the revenues of the business by 30x and transformed the business into a mult-million dollar, multi-national business employing 30 staff. During this time he was also still able to maintain a work life balance and have time for friends and family as well as his many sports: karate, snowboarding, golfing, kite boarding and windsurfing.
Recently Gary sold his business and is now following his passion of helping others identify and understand their natural strengths so that they can achieve far more.
Gary has been a Kolbe Certified Consultant since 2004, and received his True Colors certification in 2006. Gary combines his wealth of experience working with and managing people over the past 20 years with his knowledge of the Kolbe System and True Colors to make his presentations fun and informative.

Stephen has owned and operated several businesses in his career ranging from the entertainment industry to financial services. While he was in university he grew an entertainment business from scratch to having over $1 million dollars in sales and employing close to 30 students. He sold that business in 1988 and moved back to Toronto. When he returned to Toronto he entered the financial services industry where he established a successful investment practise with TD Waterhouse. In each of his endevours he learned that it is difficult but necessary to make the transition from doing a job to managing people. This transition requires more than just the wave of a magic wand. It can be achieved faster and easier when you have a step by step process to follow.
Stephen lives in Etobicoke with his wife Carrie and two daughters. His interests include snowboarding, sailing, scuba diving and golf. He is the Vice Chair of The Etobicoke Chamber of Commerce and is on the board of The Toronto Board of Trade.
