Management Wizardry™ – Mage Authorization Program

We have put together the industry's most comprehensive program to make you successful implementing our program in your environment.

The components of the program include: a marketing program, site license pricing, train-the-trainer, and a complete measurement system.

Marketing your Management Wizardry™ Program

It all starts with getting your managers and supervisors interested in the program.  Once they are interested, this opens the door to you being able to help them grow and achieve more. We will provide you with the resources for your intranet website to list and promote the course and self-study materials, we will provide you with newsletter articles for your electronic or paper based newsletter. Will provide you with posters and promotional material for your internal bulletin boards, we will help you document and publish your internal success stories.

Leveraging your investment in other programs:

The Management Wizardry™ course was developed to use assessment tools. These tools provide the manager with an understanding of their natural strengths and how they would be better able to manage if they understood these programs better and the information these programs provide them about their staff. The goal here is two fold.  As they use these tools in conjunction with the management process you will teach them, they will come to understand value of these tools and your role in bringing this knowledge to the organization.  Secondly as the manager comes to understand the true value of these tools to them, they will come back to you for assessments on their staff and teaming sessions so the staff can understand themselves and their manager better. This will increase the demand for other programs and services that you can offer.

The course was originally designed to use Kolbe and True Colors; however those sections can be exchanged for ones based upon DISC, Myers-Briggs, or Personality Dimensions depending upon where your organization has made their investment.

Site License Pricing

Once you have a certified Mage on staff you will be eligible for our site licensing pricing. We have two models, one for low volume and one for high volume customers. Our lower volume customers will be able to purchase the pre-printed materials at discounted prices. Our higher volume customers will be able to produce their own materials if they choose and host the materials on their internal websites if they choose to do so. Our higher volume customers will also enjoy our basic customization package at no charge. Basic customization includes your logo and slogan in on all of the materials. There is a cost associated with this for lower volume customers. In either case we will work with an organization to customize the materials to fit the organization. These customizations will be treated like a project and priced appropriately.

Train the Trainer

You will need a minimum of one certified Mage on staff to be eligible for this program. The Mage certification will be associated with the individual and will not be tied to the organization. Therefore we recommend that an organization looking at the high volume commitment train more than one Mage to prevent interruptions in delivery of the program internally.

The Mage certification process requires that the person attend the seminar as a student in order to observe and get the students' perspective and get a sense of how the program would help them, as well as make note of the questions and concerns of the other managers that are attending the course as students. After attending the course, they are able to attend a train the trainer course delivered by the program's developers. At this time they are given in-depth knowledge as to how and why the tools were created, what can be modified, what can’t, and how to handle situations that arise in the course, as well as ask any questions of the developers. A co-teach maybe required depending on the Mage's experience presenting materials of this type or upon request of the Mage in order to give them increased confidence for their first delivery.

Note: Mages will have exclusive access at any time to the program developers in order to get help with the course; as well, they will have exclusive access to the other Mages through our Mages Caldron Blog. The Mages Caldron Blog allows all of our Mages to discuss and share their experiences delivering the Management Wizardry™ Program.

For managers and mages we have available our quarterly mastery program. This is one day a quarter where you can get together with people like yourself and learn from us and from them about their experiences putting the tools into practice. This is a great opportunity to for you to participate and share with others during the exercises.
